As a defense attorney, Sebastian saw many personal injury clients get treated as just a means to an end for an attorney to obtain a settlement. That’s not how the system should work. Sebastian believes that his work isn’t done until he has obtained the best possible outcome for his injured clients and their families, one that not only tries to compensate them financially but helps them recover their dignity as well.

Sebastian is a proud UCF Knight, where he obtained his B.A. in History in 2011. Following undergrad, Sebastian chose to stay in his home community while attending FLorida A&M University’s College of Law in downtown Orlando. By staying local, Sebastian was able to leverage his connections to gain valuable experience working at one of the state’s most prominent insurance defense law firms. Sebastian was able to grow his skill set by also interning for a judge in Orange County’s Ninth Judicial Circuit during school.

After passing the bar, Sebastian went to work for another prominent insurance defense firm in Florida. There he defended some of the largest insurance carriers throughout the country, as well as their insureds. Sebastian also defended many Fortune 500 companies, including large hotel chains, big box stores, retail/department stores, and automobile dealerships. Sebastian’s practice included pre-litigation, trial, and appellate work throughout the State of Florida.
